Solana Blockchain Experiences Outage
On February 6th, at 09:52:45 Coordinated Universal Time (+3 hours MSK, +2 hours Kiev time), the Solana network stopped processing blocks.
At the time of writing, the blockchain has been down for approximately an hour.
"The ecosystem engineers are investigating the beta-mainnet outage," the team reported in the incident update.
Laine, a company that develops blockchain software and serves as a validator for Solana, clarified that the outage occurred due to "degraded performance" of the main network.
Solana Mainnet-Beta is experiencing a performance degradatation, block progression is currently halted, core engineers & validators are actively investigating.
